Falkirk 1-0 Raith Rovers
A 38th-minute header from midfielder John O'Neil was enough to give Falkirk three points at Ochilview. The home side had the better of the first half and opened the scoring when Kieran McAnespie cut the ball back from the byline for O'Neil to nod home. Rovers keeper David Berthelot saved well from James Sharp, Brent Rahim hit a 30 yard shot inches wide and Russell Latapy scooped over from close range.
