CONGRATULATIONS, Brian...! It is a proud day for Mangaloreans to have one of its clan head the police force of the entire state for the third time in the history of Independent India. The two precedents before you, if I am not mistaken are, of Percy Lewis and Francis Colaso. Though short, I wish you a successful and impacting tenure which will leave a Mangalorean mark on the state.
