Mr Justice Adarsh Kumar Goel of the Punjab and Haryana High Court has directed the Superintendent of Police, Government Railway Police (GRP), Ambala Cantt to personally look into the relevant papers pertaining to the death of Ravi Dutt, son of Paras Ram of Jant Sayarwas village near Rewari.

33 cases disposed of by special court
New Delhi, May 18
Thirty-three cases involving petty offenders, who have been languishing in the jail, were disposed of by a special court in the Tihar Court complex today. The court was presided over by City Metropolitan Magistrate Bharat Parashar, Tihar jail authorities said in a statement.

Cholera cases increasing in the Capital
The number of cholera cases in the Capital is on the rise, according to the National Institute of Communicable Diseases (NICD) here. Dr Sunil Gupta, Head of the Microbiology division of NICD says that 240 cases of cholera have been reported this year alone between January and mid-May.
